1. You must be a registered user before you can post free classified ads.
2. All ads expires after 365 days, after which, you may want to extend your ads in the system.
3. Posted ads and notices are owned by the members who posted them. Benta Online – Philippines is in no way responsible or accountable to any issues, damages and fraud that may arise from posted items. Bentaonline.com is merely a free ads listing site, and does not endorse the ads listed on the website.
4. It is the Seller’s responsibility that the ads are compliant with existing laws, government regulations and restrictions (e.g. Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, E-Commerce Law, Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003, Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act and similar laws).
5. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check whether the ads listed are legal and do not violate any government acts, laws, regulations and restrictions.
6. It is also the Member’s/Buyer’s responsibility to verify authenticity of each item posted before making any purchase.
7. Any Member caught or reported to be posting fraudulent or inaccurate ad will be banned from using the system, and all ads posted will be blocked and or removed.
8. Benta Online is a free service – thus members are also encouraged to police the community to maintain its service. Any member doing illegal acts or posting fraudulent or substandard or non-working items should be reported to Site Admin for proper actions.
9. This Terms of Use may be updated from time to time and Benta Online – Philippines reserve the right to change without prior notice any terms, regulations and rules concerning the use of the Site – to maintain the best interests of its use community.
